Use of YZW Schottky Diode

YZW Schottky diode is widely used in many fields. What are the use items of YZW Schottky diode?
1、 For application circuits with large surge voltage or surge current, suppression and absorption circuits shall be added.
2、 The peak working voltage of the application circuit shall be less than the maximum reverse breakdown voltage Vrrm of YZW Schottky diode.
3、 The actual operating temperature rise of YZW Schottky diode in the application circuit shall be less than the maximum junction temperature of YZW Schottky diode.
4、 Less than forward rated current IF of YZW Schottky diode.
5、 For harsh environment, YZW Schottky diode should be derated to ensure reliability.
6、 The schottky diode shall be replaced by the original model as far as possible, because the forward voltage drop VF, reverse breakdown voltage VR and reverse leakage current IR of schottky diodes of different models are different.
